Asmita Gardens, one of the biggest residential projects
in Romania, will include more than 150,000 square meters built.
Located in the Splaiul Unirii-Calea Vacaresti area will be developed
in two stages until the end of 2008.
The modern design defines the structure of the 7
towers, framing them in an urban architectural style.
The Asmita Gardens 7 towers of 18~24 floors each, are
located on a 27,000 sq m plot of land and offer 894 apartments – studios,
1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. In addition, the main building there are:
green areas in the compound, parking lot, supermarket, bank, dry
cleaning, fitness and restaurant.

The project offers spacious apartments, smartly
partitioned with changeable functionalities and plenty of natural light.
The indoor comfort is provided by central heating
combined with individual cooling by the state of the art TOSHIBA
Variable Flow Refrigerant system, for individual indoor comfort and
maximum energy savings.
The size of the project was very attractive to all A/C
competitors. However, Carrier Hellas (CSEE) through their Toshiba
Distributor ALTIMEX in Romania and after close coordination with Toshiba
Carrier Corporation Japan technical team overcoming all technical
requirements towards extended piping length & energy monitoring systems,
offered the Toshiba Super Multi Modular System to Strubag (main
Contractor) the most valuable solution and succeeded to win the project.
When indoor comfort is requested, the Toshiba Super
Modular Multi System can give reliable solution of hi-level comfort
without compromises. 126 MMY-AP1201HT outdoor units with total cooling
capacity of 4,22 MW (1202 RT) will provide green refrigerant R410A to
1904 indoor direct expansion, ducted units.
